Child and Youth Services provide a range of intervention and support services to children from birth to 18 years and their families and carers.
The service is committed to a family-centred approach. Services offered include:
- Early Intervention Services - provided via the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)
- Services for School Age and Youth
- Services for Adolescents
Services for children and young people living in country areas are provided through Disability SA.

Most offices are open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm weekdays.
Child development resources
Child and Youth Services has produced child development resources for use by parents and carers of children with disability. The information is also of use for those raising children without disability. Go to our Resources and Tools section.
Child and Youth Services also produces publications for sale, including Are You Ready? an animated toilet training resource DVD.
